The Australian Wings Academy (AWA) Ab-Initio courses are designed to take candidates with little or no previous flying experience and provide them with 12 months of intense professional training prior to them graduating as Commercial Pilot licence holders.

Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements for the CPL program are:
Be 18 years of age
Hold a valid CASA Class 1 medical
Show competency in the English Language (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent standard)
Be eligible to hold a valid Australian Student Visa.

Accommodation  & Living Costs


Homestay Fees :Room only starts from $170 per week, Room plus evening meal from $220 per week. Room plus all meals from $245 per week
 AWA Accommodation Fees:Twin share from $130 per week ; Single room from $210 per week

In each case the final cost depends on the individual but you should expect to pay in the region of AUD $80,000 for tuition and training fees.

Accommodation- Living on the Gold Coast

The estimated living costs  on the Gold Coast, including utilities, food and rent are currently between AU$ 300  and AU$500 per week .Meal Packages. This is based on the availability of a  range of accommodation options; homestay, apartment, shared accommodation and resort style living. Assistance is available in finding accommodation before departure.
Fees
Course fees range from AU$ 6000 and AU$15000  and in some assistances  require the provision of personal equipment , for example Camera and other Equipment  for course involving their use , Study-International will advise you of any potential costs during the advisory process.
